Ledgerline concept: bank, Stripe and Xero feeding the reconciliation engine and the transactions table

Overview

A concept internal system that matches transactions across banks, payment providers and accounting software — and flags only what needs a human decision.

The task

Finance teams can spend days matching records from different sources by hand. The task: automate the routine matches and make every exception traceable and easy to audit.

Approach

We mapped the reconciliation process step by step with the people who run it, then designed a rules engine they can configure themselves — without asking developers for every change.
